About the experience of engineering career guidance at the university

The article presents the experience of the campaign for identification and development of students of educational institutions of secondary General, secondary professional and primary professional education creative abilities and interest in research activities, creation of necessary conditions for support and development of gifted children, dissemination and popularization of scientific knowledge, attract talented young people to engineering education.
