Abstract:
The article presents the practice of implementation of the dual model of training in the Voronezh state industrial and humanitarian
College on the basis of a social partner as an example of successful interaction between business and professional educational institution. Lists the advantages of the dual education model in the staffing of actual production, there are also risks on the implementation phase.
