Abstract:
The article discusses the practice-oriented approach in training workers and mid-level professionals in the Irkutsk Colledge of Transport and Construction. The author pays attention to the introduction and development of mentoring system in the workplace as a condition of professional development of students in a practice-oriented educational environment.
