The article describes the information, organizational, regulatory, scientific and methodological, psychological, pedagogical and expert-analytical conditions for the formation of readiness of College teachers to implement the professional standard. A program to provide a set of conditions for the introduction of a professional standard «Teacher of vocational training, vocational education and additional professional education» in the activities of the teaching staff of the College.

The article presents the experience of the project «Profession: from Debut to Mastery», the purpose of which is to build an individual trajectory of professional development of students of pedagogical College. The measures necessary to achieve the planned result are considered.
