Abstract:
The article describes the features of the design of modular educational programs and their use in the implementation of training programs, including for employees of the railway industry. The authors identify the features inherent in the educational module, the competitive advantages of modular educational programs of professional development. The principles of construction of the educational module are formulated, the algorithm of design of the modular educational program is presented.
