Abstract:
The article presents the author’s project “Standard of customer service in retail trade”, aimed at resolving the contradiction between the need to modernize the methods of students’ practice in the educational program of open source education and the lack of development of the Federal State Educational Standard in the profession and additional professional competencies in the course of industrial practice. The effectiveness of the project is confirmed by the results of expert assessments of employees of enterprises-customers and buyers.
