Abstract:
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific publications and normative legal acts, the problems of qualification of primary school teachers are discussed. The author substantiates the relevance and importance of new research of professional deficits and difficulties in beginners in primary school with different levels of basic pedagogical education.
