Abstract:
The article discusses the conflicting realities of professional development of teachers of the secondary vocational education system, which are formed under the influence of the process of transformational reorganization of educational organizations. An empirical research is being conducted, the results of which convincingly demonstrate the inadequate effect of coping mechanisms on the teachers of affiliated organizations. Recommendations on ensuring the subjective coping of teachers with conflicting realities in the conditions of transformation of educational organizations are presented.
