Abstract:
The article defines the tasks related to the interdisciplinary development of the scientific problem of optimization of management training at the stage of digitalization of economic and social development of society. Scientific novelty is determined by taking into account the heterogeneity of the subject of professional activity of the Manager at the same time with its integrity. The authors emphasize that the system of additional professional education is the most ready to create conditions for the formation of readiness of managerial personnel for innovative activities.
