An idea, a problem that became the starting point of a project or business, educational activities, which made it possible to organize activities that are significant for students. (For example, 1) A girl with a skin disease of the face (erysipelas) studied in a student group. The students were preparing a dance number for one of the festive concerts of the college and decided (with the guiding help of the teacher) to make all the participants masks that cover the half of their faces so that their classmate would not hesitate to go on stage. The script of the dance, its storyline, was specially developed so that the costumes were justified. 2) In the summer student camp, it was decided to lay a garland of memory at the Eternal Flame on the square of the settlement where the camp was located. A student working group was created, which prepared an action plan: choosing materials, decorating a garland, rehearsing a solemn procession, agreed with the local authorities, and holding the event itself. Information about the battles that took place in this settlement was collected from the local museum, after the laying of the garland, a memorial evening was held with the participation of the inhabitants of the settlement. All members of the student squad were involved. 3) Student self-government provided a plan and implementation of all actions for receiving a delegation of students from a sister city of a foreign country in order to exchange experience of the volunteer movement, prepared and held a meeting to exchange experience, planned an excursion program, while students themselves developed all routes and content of excursions and etc. We used the knowledge and skills of students, obtained in the OPOP SPO "Hospitality", "Tourism", knowledge of a foreign language).
Originality of solutions, including principles of team building, selection of partners and organization of interaction; the role of teachers and students; choice of content, non-standard forms and methods of work. Expected educational effects: what qualities, attitudes, feelings of students develop during the implementation of the idea.
Conclusions: what was achieved, what difficulties and risks arose, possible ways to overcome them.
