In accordance with the challenges of the information society and the digital economy, at present, it is becoming inevitable to solve the problem of training highly qualified competitive personnel, which is possible with a change in the organizational foundations for the implementation of the education process on the basis of its transformation. Improving the quality of personal educational results of students can be achieved only on the basis of digital transformation of education as a set of organizational-pedagogical and content-didactic conditions for the use of digital infrastructure in the educational process. The development of digital technologies in education has led to the emergence of new tools for managing the educational process and the formation of a digital infrastructure of a professional educational organization, the core of which is an electronic information and educational environment. So, in the system of secondary vocational education with its help, new opportunities are created for the implementation of the educational process and the formation of conditions for the advanced training of mid-level specialists and skilled workers and employees. Currently, creative industries, due to the possession of a valuable economic resource such as intellectual property, which is based on the generation of new knowledge and creativity, have great potential in terms of developing a modern labor market and ensuring job growth. The article is devoted to the creation of an electronic information and educational environment (EIE), in order to provide the Moscow technical school creative industries by L. B. Krasin, training of competitive personnel for the creative industries. EIOS is a multifunctional system that implements the functions of organizing a full-fledged educational process using e-learning and distance technologies, managing the educational results of students, forming and developing cognitive and digital skills, which makes it possible to train qualified personnel ahead of the current requirements of the modern labor market.
