On the tools for the development of secondary vocational education

The author notes that the existing tools for the development of secondary vocational education require improvement and adaptation in the practice of their application, knowing that the development of secondary vocational education is impossible without the development of the employment sector and qualification systems. At the same time, it does not make much sense to use the tools separately, as it is a set of management decisions closely related to the process of socio-economic development of regions and the country as a whole.
