The article discusses the reproduction of subjectivity, which allows to overcome the mismatch between the preparedness of a person as a professional and the need to change professional activity due to technological and socio-economic transformations. The components are identified, the relationship between which determines the stages of professional development in the qualitative manifestations of subjectivity. The results of a study to identify differences in the level of severity and interrelation of components among students at different stages of professional development are presented.
