Globalization of strategic management: personnel policy of the digital economy

The article is devoted to the problem of cardinal modernization of the system of social and economic relations in the conditions of transition to the information society. The necessity of scientific and educational reforms, as a result of which the University should become a habitat of consciousness of modern man, building its relationship with humanity, and technical schools and colleges – to solve the problem of staffing of modern production.
