About the strategy of training bloggers of network professional education in SVE: mission, values, programs

The author offers a critical discussion of theoretical components of modelling the continuity of training of Russian bloggers network professional education/training in larger regional colleges – educational complexes, the structure of which included different levels of the educational organization. Personalised model of the local educational program of additional professional education for the training of Russian bloggers as new actors of the digital (network) economy.
