The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the scientific foundations of vocational pedagogical education as a system of training teachers for the professional educational sphere. The authors determined the basic theoretical and methodological provisions. Organizational and pedagogical foundations are included in the system, including ideas, principles, conditions for the functioning and development of professional‐social‐ pedagogical education.

В соответствии с указом Президента России Владимира Путина «О мероприятиях по реализации государственной социальной политики» от 7 мая 2012 года в России до 2015 года должны быть разработаны и утверждены не менее 800 профессиональных стандартов, приобретающих законодательный характер, одним из которых должен стать профессиональный стандарт педагога профессионального обучения.

The article is devoted to the conceptual basis, experience and prospects of implementation of programs of the target magistracy by the Russian state professional pedagogical University (Yekaterinburg). The authors substantiates the preservation of the original purpose of the University for scientific, methodological and personnel support of the professionaleducation sector of the country at the same time with the expansion of interaction with the state authorities, local government, professional educational organizations as partners in the targeted training of undergraduates.

The article is devoted to the search for methodological foundations of the formation of the legal readiness of future artisans for professional activity in the modern socio-economic conditions of the development of Russian education. The authors disclosed the concept of “legal readiness of future artisans for professional activity”, substantiated that a set of systemic, personality-oriented and contextual approaches serves as a theoretical and methodological basis for the process of forming the legal readiness of future artisans for professional activity.
