Аннотация:
On the basis of statistical data and in-depth interviews, the article presents an analysis of the motives and prospects of professional retraining when changing profession after 45 годs. Change of profession in the pre-retirement age is considered as horizontal professional mobility and as a factor of adaptation of the worker to variability and unpredictability of the social and professional environment.
