Theory and practic of vocational education

The article is devoted to the formation and development of organizational and managerial competencies in students through participation in the system of professional skills competitions and WorldSkills championships. The methodology for the formation of organizational and managerial competencies necessary for a modern highly qualified worker, a future master of industrial training, a mentor at an enterprise is considered.

The article presents an analysis of the developed and tested in pedagogical practice models for the formation of vocationally specialized competencies among students of pedagogical and vocational pedagogical education institutions, identifies general and special characteristics of these models. The research results can become a scientific and theoretical basis for the wide development and implementation of models for training specialists in the field of vocational education, including vocational and pedagogical.

The article substantiates the need for systematic work to reduce the harmful influence of the human factor, offers a model of psychological and pedagogical support of professionally important qualities and competencies that ensure the safety of professional activity. Also, on the basis of theoretical analysis, a list of professionally important qualities that are universal for professions associated with the risk to life and health of people is allocated

The article presents the results of diagnosing the ability of students of a music college to operate with intonational-figurative representations in combination with the level of emotional perception. As a result of the experimental research, the components of the educational process necessary for the development of artistic and imaginative perception of musical works were identified.
