Current problems of vocational education and training

The article presents an analysis of the vocational education and training development trends in terms of internationalization. The requirements for the competencies of VET teachers in the EU countries are described. In the framework of the analysis, the goals of the internationalization of national vocational education and training are substantiated and a model of VET teachers competency system have been presented taking into account changes in modern society. The results obtained during the study can be used in terms of formulation of the recommendation and nternationalization policy for the Russian vocational education system

The article demonstrates the technology of developing a corporate professional standard “Master consultant for car repair” in the absence of a single professional standard. As a mechanism for implementing a corporate professional standard in the activities of a car service enterprise, the authors propose an educational program for improving the qualification.

Based on the results of a sociological study, the article analyzes the ideas of undergraduate graduates about key aspects of master’s degree, concludes that there is a continuity of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a number of ways. The results obtained can contribute to targeted and more effective career guidance work with undergraduate students with the aim of reproduction and development of the magistracy as part of the higher education system.

The authors of the article proposed options for improving the teaching of the discipline «Prototyping» in the preparation of teachers of professional training in the field of design. It is shown how, using the case study method, it is possible to combine standard prototyping tasks and creative production tasks, providing interdisciplinary communication
