Аннотация:
The article discusses the features of developing a corporate modular training program for the personnel reserve of the rocket and space industry (determining goals and objectives, forms and methods of training, applying full-time and distance formats, selecting faculty, implementing a competencybased approach, planning for evaluating the effectiveness of training) and suggests universal algorithm for its development.
