The article focuses on the pilot testing of the Regional standard staffing of industrial growth in the Sverdlovsk region. The purpose of this article is to inform about the goals, objectives, instruments and benefits of the introduction of HR standards for a variety of stakeholders: employers, governments, educational institutions and students. The article also presents provisions with comments. Particular attention is drawn to the limitations and possibilities for testing the regional standard staffing of industrial growth.
