Аннотация:
The article discusses issues related to the expectations of future educators regarding their profession and modern preschool education. The article presents the results of a study to identify ideas about the readiness of students to continue working in their profile, as well as the degree of satisfaction with the work of young teachers of preschool organizations. Possible objective and subjective reasons for the reluctance of graduates of pedagogical universities to work in their profession are given.
