The concept of the formation of functional literacy of students of secondary vocational education The article presents the structural and substantive components of the Concept of the formation of functional literacy of students of secondary vocational education, taking into account federal educational standards of secondary general education, federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education and the requirements of employers in the preparation of qualified workers for advanced technologies. The concept was developed at the Research Center for Vocational Education and Qualification Systems of the FIRO RANEPA in accordance with the State task for 2019 on the topic: «Analysis of innovative processes for the development of the system of secondary vocational education and
vocational training».
