The concept of the formation of functional literacy of students of secondary vocational education The article presents the structural and substantive components of the Concept of the formation of functional literacy of students of secondary vocational education, taking into account federal educational standards of secondary general education, federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education and the requirements of employers in the preparation of qualified workers for advanced technologies. The concept was developed at the Research Center for Vocational Education and Qualification Systems of the FIRO RANEPA in accordance with the State task for 2019 on the topic: «Analysis of innovative processes for the development of the system of secondary vocational education and vocational training».

The authors of the article set a goal – to consider the methodological aspect of mentoring in education. The focus of their attention is the extremely wide coverage of the field of mentoring. A methodologically sound view on the tasks of mentoring, types, forms and methods of mentoring is proposed; the functions and competencies of the mentor in education, his personal qualities. Approaches to determining the results and criteria for evaluating the activities of mentors are proposed; the conditions for the effective functioning of mentoring and the risks of largescale introduction of mentoring in social and educational practice are defined.

The article critically comprehends the mutual influence of projects simultaneously implemented in the education system (a single state exam, a competency-based approach, digital education) and identifies the reasons for their low coherence. The need for a balanced approach in the development and implementation of educational innovations in the education system is shown.

The article presents an analysis of the pedagogical ideas of A. S. Makarenko from the perspective of modernity. We are talking about the pedagogical phenomenon of A. S. Makarenko, about the uniqueness of his pedagogical technologies and the cyclical nature of their demand at a certain time.

В новом «Законе об образовании Российской Федерации» подчеркнуто, что одним из важнейших показателей эффективности модернизации российского образования является успешность профессиональной ориентации. Стандарт общего среднего впервые ориентирован на становление личностных характеристик выпускника («портрет выпускника школы»). Личностные результаты освоения основной образовательной программы, наряду с другими, включают осознанный выбор будущей профессии и возможностей реализации собственных жизненных планов, отношение к профессиональной деятельности как возможности участия в решении личных, общественных, государственных, общенациональных проблем. Однако, по большому счету, в настоящее время ресурсы решения этой важной государственной проблемы отсутствуют.

Профессиональный мир труда динамичен. Постоянно исчезают и появляются все новые и новые профессии, а значит, появляются новые варианты и ситуации выбора. Комплексная, многоаспектная проблема взаимодействия человека и профессии, профессионального труда в условиях рынка требует теоретического и научно-методического обоснования.

Как любая системная и многофункциональная деятельность, профориентация имеет свою методологию. Традиционно методология рассматривалась лишь как организация исследовательской деятельности. Но в последние годы в отечественной педагогической науке развивается новый подход, основанный на понимании, что научная деятельность является лишь одним из специфических видов деятельности, а понятие методологии, по утверждению академика РАО А. М. Новикова, распространяется и на практическую деятельность. Известный теоретик отечественной педагогики В. В. Краевский рассматривал методологию как способ, средство связи науки и практики. Таким образом, методологию профориентации можно определить как систему принципов, подходов и способов организации и построения теоретической и практической деятельности.
