The wide spread of information and communication technologies in the postindustrial society has led to the emergence of a new trend in the development of vocational education — personalization of training. Its target orientation is the individualization of educational activities, strengthening the responsibility of students for designing the content of their training, determining personalized learning trajectories. The predictor of the personalization of teaching was the logical and semantic model of the subject of educational activity developed by the author, and its main components formed the basis for determining effective educational technologies focused on the self-realization of students in their future professional activities. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the scientific and applied value of the new paradigm of professional education, to reveal its developing functions in educational activities and the possibility of implementing students in personalized educational technologies. The methodological basis of the panorama of the study was the theory of personalization by V. A. Petrovsky, the thematic layer of which is the main components of the orientation of the subject of training: motivation, valuesemantic orientations, transpectivity, self-determination and transcendence. The developed personalized logical and semantic model of students became the basis for determining educational technologies and designing personalized trajectories of formation, focused on the self-realization of students in their future professional activities. Practical significance. Personalized training is becoming important in ensuring the development of students through the use of adequate training technologies in the training of specialists for high-tech industries.
